Just follow these simple steps:
1. Call our customer service line (USA 1-877-577-0600, CDN 1-866-491-5229) and let one of our representatives know that you’d like to receive a replacement tip.
2. Share your name, shipping address, rod make and model, and credit card information.
Note: if your rod has been discontinued for more than 5 years, we will not be able to replace the tip. Please follow the Xpeditor service instructions above, or send your rod in for warranty evaluation.
