GLX MAG BASS uses high-modulus graphite and advanced resin to achieve exceptional strength-to-weight and feel. Stepped-mandrel micro-tapers tune the action so the tip stays responsive for accurate placement and controlled retrieves, while the mid and butt engage quickly to drive hooks and manage fish with authority. This balanced taper keeps performance consistent across a broad range of lure weights.
Lightweight Fuji K SiC guides maintain clean line flow, while premium cork handles and a CI4+ reel seat provide a secure, highly connected feel. The GLX MAG BASS rod brings refined power and versatility to anglers working multiple techniques with one rod.

Ci4+ Reel Seat
CI4 is an original material reinforced with carbon fiber that is lighter and has a higher strength than conventional resin material. CI4+ is an advanced version of the original CI4 material and is 2.5x more rigid than its predecessor. The use of CI4+ for the reel seat increases sensitivity and reduces weight while also delivering remarkable rigidity for perfect reel fixation and better rod efficiency.
